The 2000L three-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is a cost-effective mid-end multi-layer equipment for large-capacity containers. It adopts three-extruder co-extrusion technology to form outer protection, middle barrier and inner sanitary three-layer composite structure. It solves the insufficient barrier performance of double-layer products and avoids the high cost of high-grade multi-layer equipment, suitable for medium and high-standard large-capacity container production.

Each layer has clear functional division. The outer high-toughness layer improves mechanical strength and weather resistance, resisting external impact and ultraviolet aging. The middle independent barrier layer effectively blocks oxygen and moisture penetration, preventing stored materials from deteriorating and volatilizing. The inner food-grade anti-corrosion layer ensures the safety of stored liquid materials. The three-layer structure greatly improves the comprehensive barrier performance of large containers with controllable production costs.

Equipped with precision three-layer die head and synchronous control system, the machine realizes accurate layer ratio and uniform wall thickness molding for 2000L super-large containers. The optimized plasticization system adapts to synchronous processing of multiple resins with stable material performance.
