The 2000L double-layer co-extrusion blow molding machine is an upgraded version of single-layer large-capacity equipment. It adopts dual-extruder co-extrusion technology to form outer protective layer and inner functional layer composite structure for 2000L large containers. It makes up for the single performance defect of single-layer products and is suitable for medium-standard anti-corrosion and anti-aging large container production.

The double-layer structure realizes functional differentiation. The outer layer uses high-toughness HDPE material to enhance impact resistance, wear resistance and outdoor anti-aging performance, adapting to complex transportation and stacking environments. The inner layer adopts anti-corrosion and sanitary resin materials to store weak acid, weak alkali and daily chemical materials safely. Compared with single-layer equipment, it greatly improves product practicability and service life with moderate cost growth.

Equipped with dual-channel synchronous die head and independent servo control system, the machine realizes stable layer ratio and uniform wall thickness of large containers. The dual independent plasticization system ensures synchronous and uniform melting of two different materials. The fully automatic intelligent production system maintains high production efficiency while improving product quality, with low defective rate and stable batch consistency.
